2005 Cadillac Escalade ext

The 2005 Cadillac Escalade is just a carryover from 2004. It is a 4-door, 5-passeneger luxury pickup. It is available in one trim only ? the Sport Utility Truck. It is equipped with a standard 6.0L V8 engine that produces a 345 horsepower, 380 lb-ft of torque and achieves 13-mpg in the city and 17-mpg on the highway. It has a standard 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive.

The 2005 Escalade EXT is available in single all-wheel drive model, fitted with a high output road performance. Additional exterior features for this year include a bright chrome exhaust tip and a new Riptide exterior paint color, while the interior includes the upgrade of a premium instrument cluster, burled walnut trim, and an all-new cooling system. Other notable changes were the inclusion of a new 6.5 inch navigation touch screen and an improved OnStar hardware system, which now has enhanced hand-free capability. Standard safety features include dual-stage front air bags, passenger-sensing deactivation capability, and four-wheel ABS brakes.
